Concrete and Nasty spawned from an ambitious Drama 12 class. After attending the Battle of the Bands and realizing that there were no female performers, the girls decided to create their own band while discussing it at a theatre performance they had the following day. They realized that they had been performing together for two years, and for some, three, and that they all were musicial in some way or another. And thus, Concrete and Nasty was born.

Where does the name Concrete and Nasty come from, you ask?
It was named after Kayla's basement, our future practice area. Which, as you may have guessed, is concrete and nasty.
